How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your preferred product, size and color, adding it to your cart and completing checkout.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once the order has been prepared.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Greece. More shipping destinations may become available in the future.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We also offer free shipping on orders over €50.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service. Most orders are delivered within 1-3 working days after dispatch.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available with an additional fee of €3.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments through Stripe and Cash on Delivery.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our website.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes available sizes on the product page. For bras, please select your correct band and cup size. If you are unsure, contact us and we will be happy to help.
Are product colors exactly as shown?
We do our best to display colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.
Do your products have adjustable straps?
Many of our bras and bralettes include adjustable straps. Please check each product’s description for specific details.
Returns
Can I return an item?
For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate products may have specific return restrictions. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging where returns are accepted.
How do I request a return?
Please contact us with your order number and product details. We will guide you through the return process.
Can I return an item if I selected the wrong size?
If the item is eligible for return and remains unworn, unused and in its original packaging, please contact us as soon as possible.

Do I need an account to order?
You may be able to complete your purchase as a guest, but creating an account allows you to view your order history and manage your details more easily.
Where can I see my orders?
You can view your orders by logging into your Account page.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Go to the Account page and select the password reset option. You will receive an email with instructions.
Care
How should I wash my lingerie?
We recommend hand washing or using a delicate cycle, depending on the product instructions. Always avoid bleach and tumble drying.
Can I iron lingerie products?
Most lingerie and activewear pieces should not be ironed. Please check the care instructions on each product page.
