At Little Blooms, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something is not quite right, you may request a return within\u00a030 days from the date you received your order<\/strong>.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Return Conditions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

For hygiene reasons, returns are accepted only if the item is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Unworn and unused<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • In its original condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • In its original packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • With all tags and hygiene seals intact, where applicable<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Free from stains, marks, scents, damage or signs of wear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Hygiene Policy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Due to the intimate nature of our products, underwear, lingerie, swimwear and similar items can only be returned if they meet the hygiene conditions above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our hygiene and quality standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How to Request a Return<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Your full name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The item you wish to return<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The reason for the return<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Return Shipping<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Refunds<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Faulty or Incorrect Items<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We will review the case and arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Non-Returnable Items<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Exchanges<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        At the moment, we do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you may return the eligible item and place a new order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
